M3 DS Real not loading
Today I was having issues with my M3 Ds Real. It kept getting stuck on the loading screen when I tried to get a directory listing under nds. I deleted the old nds.ini config file and the newer config file(inside nds folder) and it worked. I found that users on other forums were having the same problem but were blaming their microSDs or M3s. I was going to post this information in those forums did not want to sign up. Anyone who wants to post this info can do so just please mention extremo113. Have fun.

Electronic Gaming Monthly Issue #215
Underachievers by Jon M. Gibson

The online gaming service Xbox live give players points for doing certain things in Xbox 360 games. The points are called achievements. Sometimes achievements can seem like they were added in at the last second. One example is when in the X-Men:Official Game you are given 50 points for getting the other 950 points. The points give people a reason to play the game for a few minutes longer. This system started when the Xbox 360 was released.

Page 42 Pro Gamer by Evan Shamoon

Professional video gamers are people who play in tournaments as a career. Like any other professional sports player they prepare and practice for their task ahead. One pro gamer, Alexis Herbert earns about $40,000 a year, excluding benefits such as equipment, games, and hotel stay when at a tournament.

Personal Entry #13
I would like to be able to use an unused computer to play music on my bluetooth headset and not have people turnoff the computer when I am not looking. I think I will start using this to learn how to use my headset with windows(horrible headset support). I will try and catch up with my personal entries and magazine articles so that my movie reviews will be better. If I find a noise cancelling bluetooth headset for =<$50 I will try to purchase & use it to better focus on MY tasks at hand. I need to finish converting all of the movies we have watched within the next two weeks. Maybe I should finish my laptop comparison spreadsheet(probably is already outdated) http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pKhBxFCP8fWJCbg2_dLU7Xw. See you next post.

On My Own
I watched the movie Eureka 7. The movie is split into 50 20 minute long "episodes". The direction had the camera in many different places that would not be expected. The lighting varied. Sometimes it would be the dark hangar of the Gekko-Go or outside and Bright,Dark, or Dusk as Eureka and Renton pilot the Nirvash. I was not able to tell if the costumes were correct since It was hard to place the movie in any time period. The special effects were used nicely evolve the characters as the story moved forward. The number of sets used was so varied that almost any area imaginable was displayed.
Spaghetti Westerns
The lighting was mostly the same throughout. The sound of the people talking was realistic. I think those costumes are what the people would normally wear. The set was a room with someone talking. The interview style of the movie did not require any special effects.Filler!
Yojimbo
The camera followed Yojimbo around often. The lighting was black and white. The costumes matched the country and time period. The sounds were appropriate. I did not notice any special effects. The sets were mostly outside in open fields or towns.
Sanjuro
It is hard to remember what happened in this movie. ajdfshglsjdgflsfda.fagfaf.asdfggasfdgadfasgdfgf.adfgafdgdafgdafgdsgf.afdgafdgsfadg.That should be about 6 sentences. Hopefuly this will only happen twice more.

Billy Jack
The movie did not need any special effects which why they were absent. The lighting generally has the set in a sunlit area. The costumes of the people seemed appropriate for the 1970s time period. The natural passage of time was used to move the story forward. The sets were either in the town or the nearby wilderness. The town seemed to be a large town in a secluded area.
O Brother Where Art Thou
The direction had the story similar to some old greek story. I can't remember which. The costumes match the time period. Sounds seemed believable for their time period. The only special effect I notived was the fires with the barn and the t. The sets were varied with both rural and city sets.
Peach Blossoms
The direction had the dolls in the beginning making a reappearance later. The lighting was bright. The sounds were simple music. The costumes matched the time period and country. The only special effect was the transition with the forest at the end of the scene. The camera usually seemed to be far back.
The Road Home

We Are the World? Pg 36
Gamers in different countries have different interests. Thailand gamers for example have shown that they do not like FPSs(First Person Shooters) because the do not like using controllers to aim. Producers can use this information to limit what games go where and maximize profit.

The controller of a video game console can determine its success or failure. This is because the controller is what the user has to use for hundreds of hours. Nothing can save a console with a horrible controller. This can be seen for example how the wii's sales are double of that of the playstation3's. Without is innovative controller the wii would probably be in last place.
